A lot of people are receiving gifts right now, posting them on their Stories, and showing off their new stuff a Cartier ring and the iPhone my boyfriend gave me. If you're single, all of this might be telling you "You seem different somehow.". How can you get rid of this negative thought pattern, and what should you do if you haven't found a partner yet?
Treat yourself. If you're single, you can treat yourself to whatever you want on this day: favorite TV show — Cool, a nighttime face mask — great, a bouquet of roses for your beloved — wow! Whatever you do on this day (как и в любой другой)...you should do it with pleasure. Dress up and end up not going anywhere? Why not! Buy a stuffed animal? Wonderful! Self-love isn't about something trendy, expensive, or luxurious—it's about being aware of your desires and knowing how to embrace your feelings and emotions!
Get some exercise! You can go to yoga, swimming, or CrossFit, or you can lift weights—the main thing is to enjoy it! If your legs won't cooperate with any of the above, Play your favorite song 🎵 music and take a stroll through the winter streets, and have some hot mulled wine or coffee.
Go to the party! You can invite your single friends to a club, over to your place, or to a museum. The principle is the same: they should be people you feel comfortable with. Valentine’s Day is about the love you receive from those with whom you feel good and safe.
Go see a therapist. Treat yourself and figure out what’s going on inside you. Being free is a chance to connect with yourself. Let those in relationships envy this luxury. Remember, effective psychotherapy takes time, but it’s a fascinating journey into your inner self. Without this connection, you’re unlikely to be able to build harmonious relationships with yourself, other people, and your loved one.

Well, if you have a boyfriend (or, God forbid, a girlfriend 😅), make time for him (or her)—after all, love is so fragile.
