Two Tajik nationals were sentenced to ten days in custody after they came to the Sadovod market dressed in women's clothing, writes “Caution, News.” “Current Time” clarifies, that the foreigners were charged with “LGBT propaganda” (Article 6.21, Part 5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) by Moscow's Lyublinsky District Court.
The men's names are Khasanchon Rakhimov and Ergibegi Saidzoda. The former has one child, while the latter has four children.
The court ruling states that they came to the Sadovod market dressed in women's clothing on the evening of August 18. The men allegedly accompanied their actions with the slogan “Freedom of choice.” The exact form their statement took is not specified.
The police officers who detained Rakhimov and Saidzoda concluded that the men had “demonstrated the appeal of non-traditional sexual attitudes.” After serving their sentences, they will be deported to Tajikistan.
