At a time when the world is watching the geopolitical maneuvers of the superpowers, an expert on global conflicts, Professor Jiang (Professor Jiang), in the podcast
“The Diary Of A CEO” warns about an approaching catastrophe on a scale humanity has not seen since the collapse of the Bronze Age. The video has already gained more than 15 million views on YouTube. So, according to him, World War III has already begun, and its main weapon will be not only the nuclear arsenal, but also total famine.

The Odessa trigger: why did the city become more important than armies?

The Professor says Odessa a key point on the world map. According to his forecast, Russia’s strategic goal is to establish full control over the Black Sea. The fall of Odessa would mean that one third of global hydrocarbon exports (grain).

If these regions stop receiving food, there will be a mass migration of millions of “hungry refugees,” comparable to the collapse of the Bronze Age, that will sweep away borders and governments.

This means that in the event of a full-scale collapse of infrastructure and a halt in fertilizer supplies, about 6 billion people (the sources say “six bill,” which corresponds to 6 billion, not million) will face death by starvation. These people will not sit still — the expert predicts mass migration, comparable to the invasion of the “Sea Peoples,” which will bring down modern empires.

Energy war and the end of the petrodollar

Jan claims that the current global financial system, based on the dollar, is a "Ponzi scheme"*. The US is forced to enter conflicts (for example, with Iran) in order to protect the dollar's status as the world's reserve currency.

*Ponzi scheme — it is a special kind of fraud in which returns to early investors are paid out of the money brought in by new people. There is no real business or investment. The name comes from Charles Ponzi, who carried out such a scam in the United States in 1919.

Trump's strategy (according to Janu) looks roughly like this:

• Trump as dictator. Jan predicts that Trump will find a legal loophole or use wartime emergency powers to stay in power for a third term.
• Isolationism: Creating "Fortress America," where the U.S. controls all the resources of the Western Hemisphere (including oil from Venezuela and Canada), forcing the rest of the world to "beg" for energy supplies.
• Chaos as a commodity: It is in the U.S. interest to support "forever wars" in Eurasia in order to sell weapons and resources to all sides.

The Iranian trap

The expert believes the U.S. will not be able to easily defeat Iran, since this country is a "mountain fortress." Iran uses a decentralized strategy (31 autonomous armies), making "strikes on headquarters" useless. Iran's goal is to inflict maximum damage on the global economy (for example, by blocking the Strait of Hormuz), forcing the world to put pressure on the U.S. and end the war.

What should ordinary people do?

Jaan’s forecast sounds bleak: the American empire could collapse in the next 5–10 years because of debt and corruption. Under conditions of digital control (“AI citizen state”) and a possible collapse of infrastructure, the only way to survive is local communities.

“When empires crumble, infrastructure crumbles too. We’ll need leaders among ordinary people who can knock on a neighbor’s door and say, ‘There’s no electricity or water, maybe there won’t be any for you either, but if we all come together, we’ll find a solution.’” — the expert sums up.

He urges people not to give in to despair, but to build personal resilience and human connections. The world is entering an era of “war for reality itself,” where food security will become the main guarantee of survival.
