According to journalists, the Leninsky District Court of Samara ruled on the case on February 6, 2026. The owner of the channel, Dmitry Gorozhankin, fully admitted his guilt. The amount of recovery in the text of the document is not specified, but for legal entities under this article a fine from one to four million rubles.
The reason for the administrative protocol was one of the music videos shown on the air. The title of the video and specific claims to its content are not disclosed in the resolution.

At the moment, representatives of the channel have not commented on the situation and did not respond to press requests. There is no direct official confirmation that the closure of the channel was caused by a court fine, but broadcasting stopped immediately after the proceedings.
