We completely rebuilt it QueerTube — your go-to guide to Russian-language LGBTQ+ videos. This isn't just an update—it's a whole new level of convenience for the community.
We didn't just do a "redesign"—we created a whole new philosophy for consuming queer content. We stripped away everything unnecessary and added what makes your viewing experience safe and comfortable.
What's new?
Deep, Dark, and Premium Design. We've fully embraced the dark side. The new "minimalist dark" interface is easy on the eyes. No visual clutter—just you and the content.
Safety First: Watch without a subscription. This is probably the main feature. These days, subscriptions can be risky. Now you don’t have to subscribe to channels to make sure you don’t miss any updates. Visit QueerTube—it features a constantly updated, chronological feed of all the top queer creators in one place. Your privacy is our priority.
We have added Shorts! We've added a section for short videos, which wasn't there before. All the most exciting and fast-paced clips are now available in a separate tab. You also no longer need to click "Next." We’ve implemented an autoplay feature: as soon as one short video ends, the next one starts automatically. Just sit back and watch.
Everything in one place. No more switching between dozens of YouTube tabs. The entire queer world is gathered here, curated, and served up on a “silver platter” with an updated player.

QueerTube isn't a replacement for YouTube—it's your personal guide. We compile videos from the best queer bloggers into a single feed so their voices aren't lost in the "vastness of the internet."

Information for Authors
We use the official YouTube player via the YouTube IFrame API.
Videos are not uploaded to our server or copied. They are played directly through YouTube's iframe player.
This means:
• If monetization is enabled, ads are displayed by default
• All views count toward your channel
• All advertising revenue goes to you
• In analytics, these views are displayed as an external source (Embedded Player)
We do not overlay any of our own ads on top of the videos.
The code does not contain any third-party ad networks or monetization elements from us. Only YouTube ads are displayed—if they are enabled on your channel.
