o3-mini doesn't just answer questions—it discusses complex topics and draws well-reasoned conclusions. It writes code that's orders of magnitude better, and solves problems at a level comparable to that of scientists.
The limits are as follows:
— ChatGPT Plus and Team plans: 150 messages per day on the o3-mini-high plan;
— ChatGPT Pro: unlimited access to o3-mini-high;
— o3-mini: available for free.
