Sometimes chicken breast with rice is already so #forgotten that you want to finally eat a man's steak with blood and a crust.
Yes, red meat is more difficult to digest, but once a week it will not interfere with weight gain.
1️⃣ Preparation. You buy a steak in the supermarket, bring it to room temperature at home and pat it dry with paper towels.
Then you can lightly brush it with garlic butter.
2️⃣ Frying. Over medium heat, fry the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side. Initially, there should be vegetable oil in the pan.
But if you throw in the steaks themselves, add butter, rosemary and garlic at the end.
3️⃣ Serving. Personally, I like to eat steak with mashed potatoes or with a salad of fresh vegetables. You can sprinkle a little lemon on the steak.
