It works through impact litigation, education, and public policy; it does not take on every individual case, but provides advice on discrimination issues (in employment, housing, healthcare, school, the military, and matters related to HIV status) and refers people to partner organizations. Suitable for those who have experienced discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or HIV status and want a legal assessment of their situation.
