“Parrot Club” is one of Kraków’s leading LGBTQ+ nightclubs: a large, colorful basement in a historic building on Dietla Street, between Kazimierz and the Old Town. It has two bars, two dance floors (one with a giant disco ball overhead), a lounge area, a smoking room, and a garden courtyard in summer. Expect pop, disco, house, and hits from the ’80s and ’90s, as well as drag shows, queer bingo, and karaoke. The atmosphere is “straight-friendly”: the club is open to everyone, and people come to have fun, not to show off. It gets crowded on weekends.
