Gay porn star Austin Wolf has been sentenced to 19 years in prison for the sexual exploitation of children

Former adult film actor Austin Wolf (Austin Wolfe) (real name: Justin Heath Smith) was sentenced to 19 years in prison on two counts related to the sexual exploitation of children, federal prosecutors announced on Monday, September 29.

Following his arrest last June, his home was searched, and Austin Wolfe “was found to have approximately 1,291 files containing child pornography, including about 75 files depicting infants or toddlers and several videos showing the brutal rape of young children.” After Austin Wolfe pleaded guilty, he was sentenced yesterday in this truly horrific case.

"He (Austin Wolf) targeted seven-year-old children," said U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton

The sentence was handed down yesterday after Austin Wolfe pleaded guilty. “Justin Heath Smith’s crimes against children are appalling,” said U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton. “He targeted children as young as seven, and every New Yorker wants him and others like him off our streets for as long as possible and never near our children again. The men and women of our office and our law enforcement partners are focused on ridding our streets of predators who sexually exploit our children. Our office’s message to predators is clear: “There is no place for you in New York City other than prison.”

The 44-year-old adult film star was initially charged with receiving, distributing, and possessing child pornography. In June 2025, he pleaded guilty to inducing a minor to engage in sexual activity.

On Friday, September 26, Smith was sentenced to 19 years in prison for inducing a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity and for participating in a pattern of conduct involving prohibited sexual behavior. He was also sentenced to 10 years of post-release supervision and a $40,000 fine.

• Smith was arrested in April 2024 following a search of his Manhattan apartment. During the raid, authorities discovered approximately 200 videos containing child pornography on an SD card.
• According to prosecutors, Smith has repeatedly stalked and attempted to sexually exploit underage victims since 2023. He dated a 15-year-old teenager. He also had sexual intercourse with a person whom he believed to be a minor and recorded the encounter.
• Smith attempted to arrange meetings for sexual activity with other minors aged 12 and 14. He also exchanged explicit images with a 15-year-old and a 12-year-old boy.

Shortly before his arrest, Austin Wolfe had planned to meet with a man who claimed to be the father of a seven-year-old child and was prepared to offer the child to Wolfe for sexual abuse

In one case, Smith planned to meet with a man who “offered to make his 7-year-old child available for sexual abuse by Smith.” Federal authorities conducted a search and arrested Smith before the meeting took place.

During the search, authorities discovered “approximately File 1291, containing child pornography, including approximately 75 files featuring infants or toddlers and several videos depicting the violent rape of young children.” He also distributed child pornography to at least 15 other individuals.

Before his arrest, Austin Wolfe was one of the most successful gay porn actors in the industry and one of the first to become truly popular on OnlyFans. He was nominated for and won numerous awards for his work in the industry and was extremely well known.
