Четыре дня назад, 21 ноября, Трамп заявил, что скоро “настанет мир между Россией и Украиной”. “Зеленскому придётся одобрить мирный план США”, – говоил Трамп. Сегодня, 25 ноября, сообщается, что Ukraine has agreed to the U.S. peace proposal...only "minor details" remain to be worked out. This was reported on Tuesday, November 25, by an American television network CBS News citing an American official.
According to the source, the Ukrainian government has agreed to a peace proposal to end the war unleashed by Russia. "The Ukrainians have agreed to a peace deal", — an official told CBS News.
There have been no comments from Russia so far, the TV channel reports.
"We hope to hear back from the Russians soon. Things are moving quickly.", — said the source speaking to reporters. The official also reported that on November 25, Driscoll held talks with representatives of the Russian Federation for several hours.

The peace plan initially drafted by the Donald Trump administration consisted of 28 points. Following negotiations between the Ukrainian and American delegations in Geneva, the plan was reduced to 19 points.
Как писало агентство Bloomberg, в новой версии плана также не упоминается пункт о выделении 100 миллиардов долларов замороженных российских активов на программы по восстановлению Украины и получении США 50% прибыли от этой операции.
Earlier The U.S., following Trump's decision, has suspended “финансирование конфликта в Украине“.
Following talks between the U.S. and Ukrainian delegations in Geneva on November 23, it was reported that the peace plan had been reduced to 19 points. According to media reports, the parties agreed on most of the plan’s provisions, but the delegations left the most complex issues—such as territorial matters and Ukraine’s future relations with NATO—to be discussed personally between Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Meanwhile, according to CBS News, U.S. Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll arrived in Abu Dhabi on November 24–25, where he is holding meetings with Russian representatives to discuss a peace agreement. Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov called Trump’s peace plan the only “substantive” document that could serve as the basis for negotiations to end the war in Ukraine.
